4 to 5 lug need help from Jordan

I have looked through all the threads. Unfortunatley It seems like everyone has a diffrent oppinion. So I was just wondering. If I went with the e30 m3 fronts. What would be better z3 or 318ti backs. Can I also possibly get a parts list from somone on here that has done it. I would appreciate it if Jordan. Puts down a shopping list. Since it seems like his setup is the best. If your planning on making a track car.

if this is a track car, SKIP THE 5 LUG and just get a big brake kit. Jordon thinks his is the "best", but its more for show than track. (who wants to spend big bucks on a single piston caliper that will twist at the track???) what experience level are you? what pads are you running? what is the problem your having with your current brake setup?

      cheers, jason

here's a good write up but you should consider what Jason said first.

Isnt it worth it if you make the conversion and still have money to put a big brake kit. Also they dont mention about the rear. Is it all from a e30 m3. Because I think 318ti would be cheaper.

Its more expensive to use the Ti rears due to the offset difference between the two (m3=~25mm, ti=47mm), making it necessary to run spacers. By the by, 20mm hubcentric spacers are NOT cheap.

Ive done the swap using both options so im not blowing hot air when i say to go m3 or go home.

Thank you for the information guys. Funkmasta is parting out a m3 so I will see if he has the suspension.

I wouldnt mind going 4 lug I just tought that the extra lug would be able to handle the added power. From a s50 swap. Also if I was getting a suspension kit would that include everything except hub and spindle.

offhand, noble's run 4 lug with 400+ hp, i think you will be ok with the s50.
