    Is this considered safe?

    A friend of mine sent this picture.
    As you can see, it has two lug patterns: 4x100 and 5x120.
    Is this safe?
    If so, can he just run 5x120 wheels?
    If not, should he replace it?

    p.s. im quite new to this forum:)
    If those other holes are not drilled exactly right its gonna shake as it spins and the hub was never designed to be 5x120 as well so I doubt anybody would call it safe. That being said it will probably work, you should post the burnout video
