harsh steering noise at highway speeds

at slower speeds, there is no problem, and the car steers fine at all speeds, but I get a loud noise and vibration while driving straight and on right curves at highway speeds. As soon as i turn the wheel left, it goes away. As speed increases so does the sound. There is noise/vibration even in a stright line, but it intensifys when turning right. Any ideas?

    How are your tires?

    Also, possible wheel hub failure?

Hell if I know, just mentioned it because I've always seen it as a common diagnostic step when troubleshooting driving noises.

I did think of something though. Check your engine mounts.. On my 318ti, when I crashed the mounts broke and I would only have noise turning in one direction.

yeah, I had a similar motor mount prob, but I know that isn't the problem now.

Maybe it is a bad bearing I have no idea ???

          thanks anyway
