    Tie Rod Washers

I'm 99% sure the ones I have got are too big, and I just realized this after having put one strut fully back into the car.

Is it a real problem with turning to have too big of a washer, or should I just buck up and get the smaller ones?

FYI, it's the securing plate washer that prevents the tie rod ball joint from turning the threads.

too big is good... just hammer it over the inner tie rod end.

I hammered it down over the flat parts, but it's not allowing the tie rod ball joint into the steering rack.

Do you mean to hammer all the way around? Some angles are kinda hard to fit a hammer in.

          My thoughts exactly.

Does anyone have the part number for the E30 ones?
