Running on two bolts on the strut tower

ok so i was putting on my new I.E. strut tower bar and as I was un screwing one of the nuts on the front passenger's side strut tower the bolt snapped off. I don't think the nut had been taken off in a long time. so how dangerous do you guys think it is to be rollin' on two bolts going through the strut tower?

      The part number appears to be 31 33 1 092 886

James, do you have the part number for the longer bolt? I think it is better to use a longer bolt for car with strut brace.
