    Strut Braces, what's the best?

So most of my car's basic issues will soon be taken care of and now I can finish my suspension upgrades. Swaybars and strut braces are my next move and I we already beat the swaybar question to death in a thread I posted a few months ago so I figured we could do the same with strut braces!:D

On my very short list now are Racing Dynamics and Ireland Engineering. BavAuto is a consideration but I've only really thought about those first two. IE's are cheaper (by quite a lot) and seem to me would do the job just fine but the RD's are all shiny and have the name painted on them...

Here I'm looking for performance at a reasonable cost. Any and all ideas will be considered, the best (local) idea might be purchased a beer if they also help me with the install.;)

    Cheers,
    Brendan

i love my sparco (same design as the IE bar) ... cheap - got it for 109 i believe - and made a huge difference in front end feel. totally welded bar, no hinges or joints, etc.

Its not painted on, it just vinyl lettering, I took mine off. I really like my RD brace. Don't know on IE's

See, it looks good naked! I just havent polished it yet as I waited a couple years to pull the vinyl off. I also have the rear RD brace.

See, my engine bay looks like crap compared to yours so the shiny bar might look out of place...
