Replacing shock/springs but bushings?

I'm gonna be putting in a bilsteni/H&R combo in my car pretty soon, already ordered the parts but I'm wondering should I also replace my bushings and if so which ones?

depends on your cars mileage and history and if you have the cash to spend.

I was going to change mine, but decided not too, since mine have only got 62k on them. If they're feeling bad going over bumps, then I'd go ahead and move to e46 or IE RSMs. You don't really have to change them though.
