What would labor cost on this?

I'm somewhat short for time and tools, and generally would like to have a professional installing a few of these parts instead of myself (steering rack, shocks/springs) *flame suit on*

First question is, Which of these things are easy to upgrade myself?

Second question, For the things remaining, or for everything as a hole, how many hours of professional labor am i looking at?

    Thanks.

    Front:
IE STage III Springs w/ Bilstein Sports
    M3 Steering Rack
    Control arms
    M3 Offset control arm bushings
    Tie rod assemblies
    Upper strut mounts
    Sway bar bushings and links

    Rear:
IE STage III Springs w/ Bilstein Sports
    Subframe bushings
    Trailing arm bushings
    Differential bushing
    Rear shock mounts
    Sway bar bushings and links

and if my list is missing anything for a full suspension rebuild, please let me know.

if you're unable to do major work yourself in an assured and competent manner, then you should have a pro do it.

I'd wager you can handle installing the rear springs/shocks, and even the steering rack and tie rods yourself.

then, have a shop do the front suspension/rear bushings, and an alignment for you.
