Looking at wheel bearing kits for 88 325 is......considering SKF, Timken and Moog........please let me know thoughts on what you guys consider adequate for hard street and some track/AX time.

The answer is yes, all of those are fine. Preference would be SKF/FAG in the bearing world.
The reality of parts supply is that you might get one in the box of one manufacturer, but made by another. -
