Replacing rear trailing arm bushings what tools?

Hey, I'm replacing my rear trailing arm bushings. I've heard that you can press them in with a c clamp, lots of lube, and a few various other tools. Has anyone heard of this, and if so, what do I need to pick up so I can knock this out in a 6 pack time period?

AKG sells a tool for pressing out/in the RTABs that made it a pretty quick job. You could probably make a similar tool out of some pieces from the hardware store also.
