    No more ABS

I want to stop using my ABS due to clogged pump on driver's side line out.

Where and what T fitting are people using and also what connector for the other lines?

    Thanks

Generic fitting from your local auto part store will do just fine
fittings are m10x1 and make sure you get the regular ones. I got the stubby ones when I did it and well they are not long enough for
the master cylinder connection and rubber lines connection.

You will also need new lines + bender + flaring tool.

Also unless your are very good at bending lines I suggest practicing
on the old lines or buy more brake line than you actually need.

Idealy you would have to do 4 new lines. But when I did it
I couldn't make the one that goes to the passenger side
caliper in one piece like the original. Too much stuff in the way
mostly the booster. If you want to run the lines close to the original
location. So also get a connector or two so you can make that line in 2
    pieces.

    hope that helps

ABS is a very good thing to have. If the ABS pump is bad, replace it with one from a salvage yard.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

also you don't need to replace anything to just ditch the ABS pump. You need one T and one straight through female to female. I can take pics of my car tomorrow if you can't find someone else who did it online. I took Fidhle007's recommendation on just bending the lines slightly to fit, was super easy.

Got a PM request so I went out to garage and snapped a picture of my car.

The front output on master goes to a T that splits to the front two wheels. Just trace the lines and see what goes to the front wheels, or the one that doesn't go under the car to the back. The rears have a T in back near the diff so it's just a single, so you need a female to female straight fitting as pictured below. Sorry a friend had the fittings lying around, can't help you with where to get them but it shouldn't be hard, just M10x1 as someone said before.

Wow thats a mess... When I did my ABS delete I just made a new line for the front driver side, cut the end off the passenger side and put a new flare and end on it.
Cut the rear line and put a new flare and end on it.
There is 3 ports on the master cylinder so no using T fittings.

It does look like a mess. but I guess this is the R3V way ( i.e. as cheap as possible)

I'll try to take picture of my setup tomorrow, I used T fitting instead of
using the third output and I think it looks cleaner.

Aside from being cheap as possible, now if I want to go back to ABS I can. I guess you could save the stock lines, but this way I can have ABS back on the car in 15 minutes which is great. Actually Fidhle007 I think lured me to doing this so he could separate me from my old ABS pump and reinstall ABS on his car, which he did the exact same way.

Reinstalling the pump was out of the question anyway for me but for someone
who may want to reinstall it later it is a good idea.

                    Picture of my setup:

I know, the prop valve is gone. that is an other story.

OK, you win, that is clean. I've never driven the car with ABS deleted, so I'm glad that I can go back in just a few minutes. If I like it with no ABS I'll redo it like yours some day.

Thanks to the options for doing this and the photos posted, this has turned into the best thread (of many) on deleting the ABS. Any chance of a Sticky for it?

Found used ABS on Ebay for $47 shipped from CA.

Bavarian Auto recyclers has them available. OBO for auctions to. :)
