Noise after brake install

I just install new Brembo rotors and Hawk HPS pads last weekend. After I got everything back together, I went out to break in the new set-up. I got up to 30-35 and applied the brakes (moderately) and there was a knocking/tapping sound coming from the front passenger's side of the car. Took the wheel off today to see if I hadn't tightened the caliper all the way or if the wheel/rotor weren't tight enough. Put it all back together and it's still doing it. Under moderate, or heavy, braking I get a tapping/knocking sound. I haven't driven above 30-35 since this started happening for fear that something may go real bad, so I don't know if it does it above those speeds. I'm assuming it will though. Before I changed everything, there was no noise, so I think it's got to be a brake issue, but then again I'm not positive. I can sort of feel the tapping in the floorboards, also. All of my bushings look pretty worn, but again, the car didn't make any noise under braking before the install. I don't want to start swapping parts with the hope that it will fix the problem. Any ideas what this could be?

The tapping/knocking sound occurs from the time I first apply the brakes, all the way through a full stop. No ideas as to what it could be?

So I've still got this issue. I went ahead and put in new control arms and M3 CABs, still nothing. I swapped the pads from the passenger's side to the driver's side to see if that was the issue and nothing changed. Any ideas?
