I want to upgrade my brakes all around and get new wheels all at the same time. What do you guys recommend for a daily driver that will see the track often?

Did you upgrade to the larger late style front rotors? did you upgrade to rear disk?
If so, then run hawk blues front and rear. You will be fine and out break a lot of cars.

Have you weighed your 318 with the m50 in it?

Bimmerworld, Tirerack (call in only), TCkline, Livermore......no-one i know, but im definately up to signing on with a new vendor. well, actually it really doesnt matter as im headed into e36 f/r brakes later this month.

So here is what I am gonna buy when my bonus check come in:
Front: 325is brake calipers (used and resealed??), and hangers. ATE power rotors, and HAWK blue pads, or Mintex.
Rear: 325is Semitrailing arms, with all the attached compontents, ATE rotors and HAWK blues or Mintex pads.
I suppose I will go ahead and install an antisway bar in back and m3 links for the front, new CAs and Treehouse bushings.
Ok if all that looks good what can I do about my drum biased master cylinder, I would hate to replace it, it is brand new. I suppose I could get an adjuster thingy, or some thing.

are you going to the track with your brake setup?
Let me reinforce that running track pads on the street is NOT a good idea. Have fun using your e-brake to slow down when the temp is below 50 degrees.
If you are going to be tracking, just get the solid face rotors, those are the best for the track, ATE power discs apparently also have cracking problems.
If you are going for a sweet brake setup, the pads are the most important.
Also, grab some SS lines and Super Blue fluid.
It seems the 25mm master cylinder is controversial, but I plan on running one when I swap in the m50; it makes the pedal stiffer.
Everythig else looks sweet. I am running a stock (90 325) front bar with m3 links and an m3 rear bar, and I still have understeer.
If you are going to be swapping trailing arms, get the RTRS Adj. Trailing arm bushings, and their subframe bushings (they make the diff VERY loud though). If you dont want to deafen yourself, the powerflex purple subframe bushings are the way to go.
Oh, and the most important of all.
BRAKE DUCTS.
Run backing plates, and get air onto the brakes. This is the best way to reduce fade, etc...
