So I just bought the bearing from Auto Zone today and it has a year warranty, boxed by Timken, and has FAG stamped right on it. Cost me $95 plus tax. They even had it in stock! Thats a first for me. I am going to get my Jetta ready for the wife to drive then do the bearing in case of any issues. I also have a new front valance to install, grill and kidneys to paint black, shadowlining needs done, and I want to do the tailights in all red, so I want to have the car for a few days. I still need to grab a nut too, but I have a day or 2 before the jetta is good.
