    TABs poly or rubber

I think I know the benifits of polyurethane TABs, but somebody told me it may have a negative effect on the suspension because it can limit the ability of the trailing arm to travel. My car is a DD and will be used for autocross, any thoughts?

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

They don't limit travel at all, although I can see how eccentric bolts could perhaps bind.

I went with AKG poly, nonadjustable. They have been great for me and are very, very easy to install.

I'd only go with adjustable if you plan on a lot of track time or really competitive autocrossing, as the alignment adjustment can be useful. Also, if your car is very low, you can use them to dial out some toe and camber. Otherwise, I'd go with nonadjustable just for simplicity's sake.
