One more unrelated question. Are the outlets on the MC interchangeable in regards to front back, or is one specifically for the front and the other specifically for the back fo the car. Basically, my question is do they push fluid proportionately, or is there some sort of internal valving in the MC.

I think I might bypass the ABS tonight just to confirm that the pump is the issue. If once bypassed everything work fine I will know the ABS pump is the culprit.

I'd put brake fluid in your system and then look for a leak. Or you can avoid this and simply inspect your hardlines under the car and look for damage.

            Update:

I did an ABS bypass to try to further diagnose my issue tonight. After doing so I am not getting fluid to both front calipers. Unfortunately I am still not getting any fluid to the rear calipers.

Could a faulty MC prevent fluid from getting to the rear calipers? It seems unlikely, but as of now I'm grabbing for straws. Last night I was able to blow compressed air from through the hard lines leading to the rear so it can't be an obstruction.
