E36 LCAB for an E30

I remember hearing that the E36 CAB's are of better quality but I'm in the market for pre-pressed ones in a bracket as I don't have a saw to cut to old ones out or a vice to pop them in.

Would this be what I should get or are E36 brackets different?:

The bushings are identical. All of the regular e36 are crappy, and the M are good.

Use e30 M3, which is the same good one as the 1995 e36M3.

(1996-1999 m3 is same crappy as regular e30 and e36 325/328)
