Powerflex CAB Pop?

So i replaced the THR cabs on the convertible about a week ago. im now hearing a little bit of popping from the front left, anyone else have the 2 piece centered powerflex, do they pop usually?

thats the only thing that has changed, im planning on having a bigger route around when i change the oil tomorrow.

I've installed dozens of Powerflex CABs and have never had any pop on me. What made you want to remove the THR eyeballs though? I've only had good experiences with the THR units as well.

actually the switch got rid of alot of vibration, so i might sell them too

just a little more info incase someone searches.

the 2 piece bushing is as far as i can tell designed so that any sort of rotational slipping btw the control arm and the lolipop takes place between the two pieces of the bushings. in this case the bushing pop is coming from this slipping occuring between the inner bushing piece and the control arm. this interface is supposed to be slip free so the friction here is pretty high so when it slips it makes a pop sound. its very annoying.
