Popping rear IE rear subframe bushings

Has anyone else had this problem? I installed them a few years back. I'm pretty sure they are what is making my popping noise. It happends when the car starts to move when im letting the clutch out and i can also hear i at very low speeds on the transition from accel to decel and vice versa. If i pop the clutch to the enguagement point (where the car just barely starts to move) I can hear it but not if i I'm standing on the brakes

Using a pry bar, see if you can shift the subframe around. If you can't you'll need to look elsewhere for the cause of the noise

I had them in my old car for 3+ years, no popping.

the green ones? did you lube them? I think that might have been my mistake. lol
