    Subframe camber adjust

has anyone actually done this: http://www.e30m3performance.com/inst..._sub/index.htm

looks like a good way to solve camber, but then again i dont want to go

changing suspension mounting points too haphazardly. am pulling subframe

soonish, so would look into doing this while its out, but only the camber, and

not the toe. the only other way of changing camber i know of (except bending

shit) is the Kmac bushings, but not too keen on that idea....any other

    suggestions?

I have done it...well, I got very lucky and found one on eBay that already had the camber and toe adjustments welded in. If you do this conversion, I would suggest it be done by professionals obviously.

Works very well, I was able to gain roughly +.75 degrees camber. This is the correct way to fix your camber problems, because with offset bushings, like the Kmacs, you camber and toe will change as the suspension compresses. If you have a stiff suspension, then that's not going to be much, but I have heard of the Kmac bushings turning after being installed.

Rob Case (Skafrog) runs RTRS and says they do not move on their own and has good luck. And they are $199 from bmwbushings.com

I hope to do the same, we'll see when I get an alignment to check it out.
