Light scraping from driver side brakes

I had my car jacked up the other day checking some things out, and noticed that when I spun the driver side wheel, it made a light scraping sound twice per rotation. I couldn't really see the condition of the rotors or pads too well through the basketweaves, and I didn't have the tools with me to pull the wheel. Does this sound like symptoms of a warped rotor? New pads and rotors are on the to-do list, so I'm wondering if it's something I need to do sooner than later.

      Warped rotor.

If you don't notice it during braking, it isn't exactly urgent.

Disk brakes are pretty much guarenteed to rub a very small amount when in their "neutral" position. Rotors can be warped, but still be within spec of proper working condition. If the pads are just rubbing then you might see a slight variation in the rotors.

IMO, if you can't feel it while braking, then it's not significant enough to bother with.

I've had the same problem, and my pads are starting to fade. Guess I know what that means now...
