    Uneven brake wear

So, this morning I removed front brakes. Drivers side rotor and pads look good, pass side was down to metal. Now, the drivers side caliper piston was not pushed out. Pass side I had to c-clamp to compress. Should I be looking for another issue on drivers side? It didn't pull under braking... So ... Yeah. That's my question.

    Thanks in advance.

The passenger side caliper could be binding, there could be a bad soft line on either side that is obstructing flow to the left caliper or return from the right caliper, or you could have a problem in the ABS unit. I'd start with the soft lines and calipers.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
