How the heck do you get off the front valance scoop?

Brake ducts.

The two clips that hold the right side need to be pushed down with a flathead and then slightly pull out that side. The other side is just two round plugs that slide into i guess what you could call sleeves?, slide it to the left and it should pop out.

Using a panel prying tool, pry out on the inside upper and lower corners to release the clips.
