    Front subframe re-tapping threads

I need to re-tap one of the holes for my front subframe. I found the bolt size on real oem (M10X65) , but I am not sure what tap I need to get so that I can get the threads right.

Anyone have any idea? I would rather by only the tap I need as opposed to the whole set.

uhh. m10? Take the bolt to the hardware store, screw it into the handy thread checker thing, double check size and pitch, buy tap.

1.5 but definitely verify it against the bolt.

I would also suggest using a rethreading tap rather than a cutting tap to keep as much material in the threads at possible
