I've been looking into IE's wilwood big brake kits for awhile now but Im skeptical because Ive heard that the stock brake booster/master cylinder cant ouput enough to make huge 6 piston calipers an effective upgrade. Any advice or input in this matter would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I've never heard of that before. I have 6-piston calipers on my daily driver. We'll see how well it works at the track this weekend.Originally posted by Braap View Post
If that is true though, you can always swap in a larger (25mm) master cylinder.

As long as the piston area is not radically different the stock booster/master should have no problem stopping the car.
