    Have i missed anything?

In a few weeks im going to rebuild the rear suspension in my e30 because the subframe has cracked. So here's the list of bits that i've got:

    Second hand subframe
    Rear control arms
    New rear wheel bearings
New rear urethane control arm bushes
    New rear urethane strut tops
    New OEM subframe bushes
    New OEM solid diff mount

Is there anything else i should check or change?

    Cheers! :)

    RTAB alignment kit?

For track cars, cut holes to access diff bolts and rtab bushings through rear body. :)

You could need new spring pads, though those in the rear seem to last londer than the front pads. Take a good look at the half shaft boots and replace them (and re-grease the CV joints) if they have cracks while the half shafts are out of the trailing arms. Also replace the two soft brake lines above the subframe. They are easy to get to when the subframe isn't in the way and a real pain otherwise.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
