    Brake Pedal Soft

I have a 325 with a soft pedal. I have replaced all the hard lines in the rear and have replaced the master cylinder as well. I haven't found any leaks in the system and I've crawled the car.

I have to push the pedal about half way down before I get any feel and I can panic stop as needed after that point.

I've bled the system about 4 times using 3 large bottles of dot 4 using a power bleeder.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Pump it about 20 times and hold before opening the bleed screw. You need to get the air out of the ABS check valves.

Either that or do four or five 60-0 ABS engaged stops, and rebleed.

Having a similar issue - I know this is an old post but did you ever see results after the ABS panic stops?
