MY dad took out 300ft of chainlink fence once in a VW fastback. My mom was in the passenger seat and there were 3 live chickens in the trunk. When the car finally stopped, the chickens were running all over. lol

i dont really even like abs. I feel like i can brake better then it, at least in the dry. One time i was going really fast in my dads x5 and someone pulled out of a driveway and i braked enough to make the tires make noise but not enough to engage abs. and as a swerved around them i slowly let off, pretty tight if you ask me

what happens if you're on uneven pavement, or there is some gravel on one side of the road, or if it's wet? you'd be fucked.

also if you are good at threshold braking you should only need abs in emergency situations. I don't think I've ever had my abs come on in an autox..

If you're threshold braking ABS won't make a difference anyway. So then it's just saving your ass if you fuck up trying to be a hot shot, or being a bad idiot driver in the rain, on gravel, etc.

you can't adjust to red lights, and yet you are the master of car control on gravel/wet?

In August I was coming home from a soccer thing and I took my eyes off the road for a couple seconds and ended up going through a red light and getting hit by two cars.
