So, I got my subframe and rtab all done. I am trying to reinstall the subframe. When I put the support plates back on (the ones that go on the bolt, under the bushing and bolt to the car with 2 bolts), they do not line up. They are like 1/4 inch too low to get the screws in. I don't get it. Everything seems seated. Anyone have this issue? Or am I being stupid and just use the jack on them to make them line up?

Subframe support plates not lining up

I fiddled around with it for a while. I never dropped the subframe completely. I just lowered the front and replaced the subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings and brakelines above the subframe. I had pieces stuck in the car from the aluminum ring on the subframe bushing. I was pretty diligent about cleaning them about before I attempted to reinstall everything. After I posted, I lowered it back down and double checked...Nothing there. So, I lined the plates up the best I could with the subframe held in place, bolted them to the car, then dropped the bolts for the bushings through and installed. It still wasn't a direct line up, but it went. Just weird. If I tried to raise the subframe anymore, it would start to push the bushings out. I even greased up the aluminum top and the hole in the car. So, I have no idea what the deal was.
Thanks anyway, guys.
EDIt: I was actually pretty sad. The trailing arm bushings LOOKED like crap on the edges, but when I got them out, the meat of them was just fine...and they were eccentric. I replaced them with stock oem. Wish I had known. Oh well.
