    Ebrake help on a 3.73LSD

I'm replacing my '84 318i's complete rear subframe w/ a complete '87 325i conv. 3.73lsd subframe. my question where do i hook the ebrake cables too?? the 318 has drums, and the 325 has disks...
    pictures or diagrams would help
    Thanks!

found the cables, we cut them when taking the 325i's subframe out during the part out. now my question is, can the 318's ebrake cable work on the 3.73lsd???

well after looking at them just now the parking brakes just come down the under body of the car till they get to the point where one goes left and one goes right..mine arent clipped to anything..they come from under the car and go into the hub. the one on the exhaust side has a little burn on the black covered part but theres nothing for it to be clipped to either

You shouldn't have cut the cables from the 325. You should have left them attached to the trailing arms and installed them in to the 318. You'll need 325 cables I believe. You'll need to take apart the brakes to install them.

Yea, you need cables from a rear disc car. disconnect them from inside the car and pull them through the underside.
