    is this typical

So I just installed new poly everywhere in the rear (aside from sway bushings), new guibo, new CSB, billy sports, H&R race...etc

I'm driving today and I hear this awful clanking while going over bumps at relatively low speeds, 0-20mph, and I go to look back there and notice the subframe mounting nuts are loose, (not hand loose, but I did tighten them up about 4-5 full turns with a 22mm socket).

I know I torqued them when I installed everything the first time, should I use locktite on them or is this a sign something else is wrong?

I've never seen the subframe nuts loosen when properly tightened, so I suspect you didn't get them tight enough the first time.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I'll double check when I get home tonight and make sure they are torqued properly.

Same thing happened to me recently after complete rear suspension upgrade. I thought I had tightened the subframe nut as much as I can during the initial installation but found it noticeably loose after the car settled. I went back inside the rear cabin and pounded the bolts from the top to make sure it settled all the way down and retighten the nuts some more.
