Hand Brake Line Attachment.

So in rebuilding my back end, i took apart a lot of stuff a while back and cant rmr where some stuff goes (i know i shouldve taken pics and made notes). Can someone please tell me where the bracket (number 14) attaches in the back end? thanks guys.

I Google searched e30 rear suspension, and found this. looks like it uses the same mount as the sway bar end-link.
