    Installed Ireland camber/toe kit. PITA

I dont know if I was just rushing myself or what, but I only had one day to use the lift at work and I had to get my car out.. I was there at 2pm Sunday, and got done around midnight. Plans were to do toe/camber kits, a 4.10 diff, Urethane TA bushings, Urethane Diff bushing. (It already has Urethane Subframe bushings)
The removal of the subframe and the welding of the tabs was all ok, I was actually suprised/impressed with my welds.. Anyway.. putting the thing back in proved to be a pain. I should have pulled the TAs with it and installed them back onto the subframe on the floor, then installed it all as one unit, but I didnt wanna remove the ebrake cables at first. This would have been much easier than the struggle I went through getting my new Urethane TA bushings to slide into the subframe tabs. then getting the eccentric bolts in was brutal as well... I actually put a tear into my fuel fill hose because i was getting too rough with the passenger side outer bolt.

Tip for everyone.. Install the arms onto the frame BEFORE installing the setup into the car.

Absolutely! It takes far less time to break down the brakes and disconnect the cables & brake lines than it does to fight the trailing arms off and back on with the subframe mounted.

Another tip is to drive the subframe bolts up and out of the bushings before lowering the subframe. That makes little difference when dropping the subframe, but a big difference when putting it back in.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yes i forgot to mention i did pop the subframe studs up first. Also I've found that the new fill neck hose is a superseded part # " onlybin conjunction" with a new fill tube. Wtf! Did they redesign the filler?

I'm in the middle of this process and can't get my rear subframe out either. I got it to move a little bit but thats it. What exactly do you guys mean by drive or pop the studs up? do you mean hit with a hammer up into the body? or are the threaded and reverse thread into the body???????

The subframe bushing bolts have a knurled head that grips the body. Put a nut on the end of the bolt and hit it with a sledge. Once the bolt is free, use a drift to drive/push it all the way up and out. The rear seat has to be out for this.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

There are also a couple of rubber plugs covering the bolt heads/holes. Pull the plugs, the cover the holes with a towel so that the bolts don't go flying into the cabin.
