Adjustable camber/toe rear subframe people! Help..l

I did install the subframe that marshall does in may 2011, when i went for alignment, the toe nut gave the guy a very hard time to tighten as the space in the area is very very tight to stick a wrench in there.. Long story short, he managed to tighten it and remove the wrench with a lot of wiggling and pulling. Yesterday i started to hear clunks and clanks from the rear right. It turned out to be the right toe nut was completely loose... I did tighten it but from the bolt side hence the toe value was messed. Now i have to go
For an alignment and my question is what do you guys with the adjustable rear subframe use to tighten that particular nut. I was thinking of grinding a bit of the head of an 18mm wrench to make it fit in the tiny space.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those are common problems with eccentric weld in adjusters. Changing the nuts to aircraft 12-point nuts, or better yet changing the bolts and nuts to 12-point aircraft fasteners, makes it easier to get the smaller (9/16") wrench on the toe adjuster nuts. And trimming the inboard side of poly or aluminum subframe bushings gives more room to work. But even then, loosening of the toe adjusters can be a problem. You can see my solution at http://spece30.com/forum/10-steering...-adjuster-lock

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Thanks mr. levie, that is way to genius but complicated to my poor skills in fabricating.. I will keep it in mind for the future and try
To manouver the wrench for this time.
