subframe torn, repair or swap?

don't ask me how but my steering rack's mounting points have snapped is some spots and the bolts torn in others.

question is, is it pretty easy enough to swap in a new (used) front subframe? or better to have the shop it's at try and weld up the old? they say some bolts are snapped off and need to be drilled out too.

Replace it!!

I would not trust a drilled out, welded up, band aided subframe.

Too much risk involved, just replace it.
