    Ball joint mishap

While installing coilovers i discovered BOTH my front lower ball joints looked like they had been hammered from previous installation of the struts. So now i have two balljoints that have pretty messed up cross threaded bolts on them. Since they were already damaged i threaded them back on (cross threaded) how they were before when i was done installing the coilovers. So what should i do now?? From research im told not to press in/out new/old ball joints... i dont know why, as i have done this before on many other cars. If i HAVE to get all new arms and balljoints are these reputable? Shortness on money brought me to these.

Buy new OEM ball joints, install in your BMW control arms. Best solution, best price, and not difficult with a press.

Came up with a quick solution... I think ill weld the nuts on for safety (they are on tight enough) untill i have to take the strut out again, then replace the whole arm when i have money too. Its not like if i weld them on they are going anywhere.
