Time for front Control Arms, what kind/else

well I need to replace the front control arms in the 92' Cabbie due to shot Ball Joint.
Do aftermarket arms have replacable ball joints?? What the best kind to get?? I hear e36 arms are the same true?
I know I need to replace my CAB's so I'm planning on using Tree House's seton that. Anything else I should replace while I'm that far in??
Is it easier to do Sway bar bushing's etc w/ the CA's out??
I plan to also do a Z3 rack in the near future, so should I wait on tie-rods till then??

The OEM arms have replaceable ball joints. You just need to press new ones in. If you're going to get new ones, get ONLY Lemfoerder.
The swaybar bushings are easy to replace with the bar in or out.

Just get Lemforder OEM CAs. By the time you buy new ball joints and get them pressed in, you'll have spent just as much or close to it.

what's the cheapest place (from a reliable dealer) to get lemforder CA's and tie rods? seems like eap4parts got some reccomendations in old posts, but that site doesn't seem to work anymore. And before anyone chimes in with a fuckinggoogleit.com: BMA comes in about 104, which is 30 more than the meyle which is incidently less than ocap (odd since I've heard nothing but bad things about ocap quality). IE, BavAuto and Turner don't list the brand of their CA's, anyone know if they're lem's?

I got mine for just under 80 each from FCP Groton. Careful though - they sell a lot of crap parts too. Make sure they get you the Lemforders.

Better idea - call them. Most of the eBay stuff they sell is the junk. Go to their website and get the phone number and call.
