    BBK's

So i will be doing a big brake kit on my 1991 318is soon. I will be making custom Hat's for either Wilwood brakes, or Porsche 993 brakes. now my question is, will i have to run bigger brake lines if i do this conversion, or do the stock ones carry enough fluid to run this calipers?

You will have to get custom lines. Assuming you're using 4 pot calipers, most of the inlets are at an angle that doesn't really work with stock e30 lines, and I don't think the fittings are the same, but i'm not sure about that part.

You'll want to get a line that attaches to your hard line, and on the other end, has some sort of banjo bolt fitting. If you look on s14.net at the e31 brembo bbk fitment thread, you'll see what i'm talking about. You wont really know exactly what you need until you get your calipers and everything.

You'll want to upgrade to the e34 535i master cylinder though- it'll push more fluid.

what diff does that make? If you need to flow more fluid you need a bigger MC
