A BBK would an attempt to treat the symptoms rather than the cause and it may not be all that successful. What you need is a source of vacuum to power the booster. Something like http://www.summitracing.com/search/P...uum-Pump-Kits/ would be cheaper and more effective.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Are your brakes fading or just getting harder to push? If it's just harder to activate them (more force required, but they still bring a car to a stop at the same rate as before) then the part jlevie posted above will help solve the problem. If they are fading (doesn't matter how hard you push, they don't slow the vehicle much) then you'll need an upgrade. The best solution for you depends on how your using the car. Is it DD? Dual Use track and street? drifting?

        This.
Car is basically a garage queen.. I drive it to school occasionally and during the weekends. I plan to start drag/tracking the car in the future though so that's the main reason i ask.
Just need info on what kind of options i have as far as upgrading the brakes goes.

off the gass you should have vac back. are you sure theres no leak? you booster diaphram might be torn, try getting a new booster and installing a vaccum retention valve like modern engines

Positive there's no leaks. everything is fine with my brakes. its not like I DON'T have ANY brakes when i get one it.. it's inevitable to need a brake upgrade when you boost a non-turbo car especially when you plan on tracking/drag racing it.
I just don't know if i should go with wilwoods, rx7 brakes, brembos, stoptechs etc. etc..

UUC makes a good kit I don't have any first hand expirance but the guys that run them seem to like them
                  http://store.uucmotorwerks.com/share...t=products.asp
And massive brakes setups are pretty good even if there website is down right now

I do not know this first hand, but a very reputable auto shop in my area, A1 Autoworks San Rafael, has had problems with the fit of the Massive kits. They are good, but might need some work on your side.
                    UUC is good.
There are also these from VAC

the UUC kit is cheeper then the vac kit. and personally i think its better. its fully designed for the e30's. it has leading and trailing pistons, comes with drilled rotors. braided lines (all 6) and its a complete bolt on. no extra brakets. which makes it less of an issue with legal worries. and a template available so you know if they will clear your wheels before you start.

                      thats my 2c worth
