I swapped an m20 into my 2002 and ran new brake lines when i swapped and now i have no pedal pressure. Ive bled the system multiple times and bought a new master cylinder and put that in then rebled them. On the pushrod of the booster it seems like there is supposed to be a shim on it according to the Haynes manual. They bleed out fine fluid goes thru, but the pedal still goes to the floor then partially comes up then i have to pull it back more for it to come all the way up. If I pump the brakes a few times sometimes i will get slight brake pressure but not enough to stop the car. Please help!

Did you bleed the master on the bench? Do you have access to a vacuum style bleeder? Check all the new lines and make sure the fittings are tight and there is no leaks.
Goodluck I know you are trying to get that badboy to h20i
i didnt know you had to bench bleed them, so i pulled it out again and bench bled it then tried rebleeding but nothing

i installed a new master after bench bleeding it but im still not getting full pressure. The rears arent gripping at all unless i pump the pedal atleast 5 or more times, and the front are grabbing. The pedal goes to its maximum and when it comes back it partially comes back but then i have to pull it back by hand and its really hard to pull back. any idea's? maybe my booster is bad? its not dented or anything
