    Rear Trailing Arm Bushings.

Dumb question, but when installing poly bushings do I lube the whole thing or just the inside where the sleeve goes?

    Lubricate both with liquid soap.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

          Drove it 3-4 miles.
Doesn't seem to click or creek but only torqued to 30ft for some reason.
          need to retorque.

Any liquid soap works? Is this better than a marine grade waterproof lubricant? I don't mind re-lubing my cab's, but I don't want to redo my TAB's.

I don't think jlevie realized the OP was talking about poly bushings. Use grease on poly bushings so they don't squeak, use soap on rubber bushing to help press them in.
