Found out part of my brake issue...broken caliper mount

Doing some work and came to a screeching halt when I found a very loose rattling rear driver side caliper, been broke for a while I'd say...

Am I ok buying a used hub assembly from a 91 or 92 vert at the junk yard or should I buy a new part?

Do I need to get a whole rear trailing arm?

        Yes.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
