I've never seen adjustable trailing arms for an E30, but there are camber/toe adjustment kits. Eccentric trailing arm bushings are one possibility, but the tend to drift out of adjustment. A better choice is the weld in kits, like from Ireland Engineering.

BMP Design in Texas used to make custom trailing arms. I cant remember exactly what they did but they put some sort of adjusting device on the end where the bushing used to be.

just repair your trailing arms by welding on some donor or fabricated spring perches, then weld on the eccentric trailing arm adjusters.
