    Two piston rear caliper setup?

Is there a company yet making a two piston rear caliper setup? I know Massive has his, but it's strictly for a hand brake. Looking more for a true caliper replacement for stock one.

Why would you feel that is needed?

It's not really that it's needed. But would make a decent upgrade matched with a simple 4 piston front upgrade. You could match it with a nice floating non-vented rotor similar to what a dirt track uses. I just kinda feel that for a street car a 6 piston front/ 4 piston rear setup would be over kill. And never really been a fan of 4 piston front/ 4 piston rear setup, all the cars I've tracked with that kind of setup felt a little off in the bias.

Brake bias issues are easily fixed with an adjustable bias valve.

The stock brakes when coupled with appropriate pads are actually very good. A BBK isn't needed unless there has been a significant increase in power. And even then they won't be needed on a street car.
