Why is my camber off on one wheel?!? HELP

Car was in accident from previous owner.
I thought it was the strut housing. So I replaced it from the auto yard, but camber is still off!
    Had an alignment:
    camber driver side: -3.18.
Control arms? Or should I try a different housing?

That doesn't sound like a control arm problem. A bent control arm causes positive camber errors. My guess is a bent strut tower or damage to the front subframe. A frame shop should be able to determine what is off and fix it.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I was thinking ball joints? But idk how that would cause camber.
Better not be frame damage. The car is titled "junk"..
