E-brake rattle noise (HELP)

I just got this noise after putting on 17" wheels. I originally had the 14" basket weaves. Never had this issue. I get a rattle noise when driving. If I pull on the E-brake 1 or 2 clicks the noise goes away. Are the lug bolts too long and hitting the E-brake mechanism?

The bolts being a too long are a good possibility.
