Ive had my rotors on the car for a little over a half a year and the hats are rusted of course. I want to know if I can sand them a little and paint over the rust with the same shit Jordan does his with.

How hard is it to paint the vents along the outer diameter?
Can you paint the wheel mating surface? (sites like this mask that part off too, not sure why, plenty of sites that spray that area)Comment
