All the recent talk about SS lines being/not being DOT approved has made me a little paranoid about whether or not the rubber lines I just bought for my car are DOT approved.
They are Meyle branded rubber lines built in Italy that I picked up from BMA Parts. They say DOT Semperit on the rubber, but I can't find much about that online (probably just my Google-Fu sucking).
Are these DOT approved? Shouldn't they have some sort of serial number on them too?
