Judder noise after new brake rotors and pads replacement

So I went about replacing all 4 corner pads and rotors with brand new Brembo Blanks and Hawk HPS all around.

Mind you, I immediately took it for a test drive after installing and attempted to bed the brakes. My procedure was accelerate to about 40-45mph, then moderately brake to about 10-15mph then re-acclerate (did this 8-10x). By the 8th or 9th time, I started to hear a thud-thud-thud noise/feeling in the steering wheel at the right front corner, so I immediately went home checked everything, but it started to rain so I called it a day and parked the car.

This morning I took off the pass front wheel, caliper, pads, checked the carrier mounting bolts, checked and re-lubrated the pad backing plates, re-installed the pads, caliper, wheels, torqued down the wheels to about 82lb-ft and went for another test drive. On startup, I pumped the pedal a few times to get correct braking pressure. Then set off and began to "bed-in" again but this time only 2-3 moderate brakes, same procedure as above. After the 2nd or 3rd attempt the juddering thud noises came back.

A few things to note: both front brake rotor screws are stripped or stuck in so nothing is really holding the rotors except for the mounted wheel, caliper etc. The right front rotor moves very freely off the hub with the caliper installed and without the wheel on, so much that I have to install a wheel guide lug when re-installing the caliper and mounting the wheel so it does not move as much.

Any help/suggestion is appreciated. I am not sure the rotors could be warped but this problem did not happen prior to replacing the pads/rotors.

That is not how you bed brake pads. See http://zeckhausen.com/bedding_in_brakes.htm
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

      Thanks Jlevie,

On the advice of you and a few others, I re-bed them last night at higher speeds 60-15mph, about 8 times and the shudder seems to be gone now. Must've been some pad deposits from the uneven braking at lower speeds.
