It is easy to mess with the heads to make everything appear to be green and good. I'd take the printouts with a grain of salt.

Dude...how much did you spend on your alignments???? BY now you could have bought some smart strings and a digital caliper and done your alignment yourself!

Looks like you need to find a trustworthy shop that knows what they are doing.
A true good alignment, takes hours for four corners.
